Brilliant banking

I could write for ages about ball the plus’s sides to banking with Starling, be it the excellent customer service or even just that i receive an alert on my phone telling me how much just left my account - usually before I have even turned away from the till! But I feel I must also share the down sides too... I have been banking with Starling for some time now and I have not found even one single thing to complain about or criticise.
