A superb bank

My experience with Starling has been superb. They put the customer first. They respond immediately. They solve any issues. They do not try and exploit customers like the high street banks do (overcharging, PPI, slow transfers). They keep innovating and improving their offer. Theirs is a happy can-do culture. I would not like to be a high street bank competing with Starling. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
