Smart and agile

I have recently joined Starling bank and I think they have really taken the time and effort to understand how people want to bank. The transfer was quick and easy and fits well into modern life. They offer great support through the app. I really like the timely proactivity and ease of connection with my account. For example, having alerts on my spending and the resulting balance of funds, which allow me to have a much better awareness of what is happening with my money. This also allows me to decide if I have the funds to make that spur of the moment purchase! Very clever and a bit of a breath of fresh air. Hopefully they stay at the cutting edge of banking to remain relevant and able to delight us, the customers. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
