A very user-friendly experience using Starling and always able to get good quality help when needed. I especially like the 'savings' areas within the main account - it makes budgeting so much easier. And the ease of use abroad with no fees is great. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Easy. Good communication.

Easy to use. Easy to contact if a problem. Love the ‘Spaces’ feature. Quick response. App allows access to control account and card easily. Just a delight after so many years of high street bank bureaucracy and ‘heaviness’. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
