Excellent bank. I have been with them for some time and am still impressed!

Genuinely impressed. I love the fact that I get a text message every time my card is used. I like the security of having to use the app to approve some online purchases. And customer service seems fine. I really judge people like Starling by the quality of their customer service and in particular the ease with which you can contact people. I have found them to be good in this respect. Other banks can take a long time to get through to them. I am a happy customer! Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
