Excellent, flexible service that meets needs

Very impressed by the flexibility and access options available. Was a bit unsure about a bank with no physical presence, but being able to control my account from my phone E.g. lock card, etc, be notified of activity immediately, and even the simplicity through which I can find and share bank details is great and avoids needless long searches or waits on hold as I have found with legacy banks. It's generally free, easy to use, and not full of ads for services - as it should be for a current account. I would give it 10 stars for recommendation, but I do wish it were easier to pay in cheques over 500 pounds, maybe at the post office? And, sometimes there is a bit of wait through the chat system in getting feedback on a query, which means I miss the agent's reply as I have put my phone down (But at least the service is offered in app).
