Raising My Spending Awareness

I've only been with Starling a few months and at first I found the app wasn't quite as straight forward to use as I'd hoped but actually having taken some time to look around it and with some recent updates it's a fantastic tool. The categorising my spending (yes some of my other banking apps do that but not very well) is so easy to use and I love spaces! I have been needing a tool like this so badly and the Starling spaces are so easy to create, set goals and manage. I would recommend Starling to anyone considering changing, or even if you're not considering changing, consider looking at Starling as a better way to bank. High street banks have always been a thorn in my side, maybe I've just been with the wrong ones but they're so far behind with apps and online platforms it hurts. Now I am aware of how I spend my money and the Starling app encourages me to manage it better. I have never had to contact customer service so I cannot speak to this but hopefully if I ever do have reason to that will be as easy and as pleasant as using the app, or website is.
