Customer service satisfaction

After having my bank account hacked I found i was unable to pay my monthly premium. After contacting customer services the lady I spoke to immediately put my mind to rest because to me this was a massive deal and I became very worried. A work around was sorted in about 5 minutes. So personally I can't speak highly enough of the customer service I received. I have since recommended them to a friend who was looking for a loan. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
