Easy, flexible and helpful bank

One of the best experience I had until now, as a UK resident I have been banking with 4 different banks in UK, metro bank being the latest one. I still remember well the day I went to one of its branches. During this time of covid-19, I was treated with full professionalism and hospitality, which I missed them with other banks as I was roaming around different banks to get a basic account. It's was odd as I was told I would be served by a new trainee which was his first day, but was shocked and amazed as well later because I was treated so well. I even learned and understood many things about banking. If I could then I would definitely recommend metro bank to all my friends and relatives.
