Really Happy Customer

I recently lost my wife and we joined Metro as we found the service at our old bank poor . i have to say despite lock down the staff at the Cardiff Queen Street and Newport Road branches are brilliant. When I went in to close my wife's accounts down the staff member was so thoughtful and the process was stress free would recommend this bank to anyone Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
