I have had a few friends recently ask me if I could recommend a bank account to them... I ALWAYS suggest metro bank! always super helpful and polite on the phone. thee banking app is so easy to follow and has amazing insights on your personal banking and in store, every employee is amazing. I always feel very welcome and at home when I go in. they never hesitate to go the extra mile to make things work for me. I have been with metro bank for a number of years and would love to get a credit card with metro bank. Will never be able to recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
