amazing service

Always there to help. Seven days a week. You can go there on a Sunday. Every other bank is closed on a Sunday, most are closed on a Saturday. It is really good to be able to go to the bank when you need to. I got my card the same day as I opened my account, they printed it while I was signing the forms. Every other bank you have to wait a week sometimes two. Reviewed on: 12th March 2023

best bank I have ever used

Metro is amazing, they are open 7 days a week. They print your bank card while you wait. There is always someone to help you. Unlike other banks that expect you to do everything with machines they have a counter where staff do things the old fashioned way. They care about there customers they don't just think about money.
