just lost for words

i've been banking with metro bank for awhile now. they only had one store that was local to me which amounted to being an hour away and i'm from London so banks are never that hard to find so it was truly early days for metro. i must say the customer service, the welcome you get from entering the store, the help the patience. the way everyone is so organised and helpful creates an environment of being safe and truly being made comfortable whilst they sort out whatever inquiry you have. easily the number one bank in the UK without a doubt, otherwise i would'nt of referred so many friends and family to join this bank. keep up the good work!
