Putting customer requirements first

Metro Banks finally addressed what was missing, banking hours that are convenient for most working people, open late and on weekends is what made the difference. The customer service both in branch on telephone service has been exemplary and the website easy to use. Losing a card on the way to the airport and having one reprinted in 10 minutes thus avoiding to having cancel flights (yes this was before COVID) and not wait 2 weeks for a replacement has saved me numerous times too.
