Easy to use and well informed

When you go to take out a loan, you are told clearly what you need to pay, how long for and once approved the money is in your account within an hour. Viewing your loan and payments is easy, simply log in and see the dates and amounts the payments are due, very helpful and great service. Making partial or full payments are easy too, you can just call up and get an advisor that can do anything you need. Once during your loan you can pay an interest only payment, helpful if you're having a hard time one month. The only downside I would say is that you have to call to make partial or full payments where many competitors allow you to do this online in your account. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2017
