User friendly

Very easy to use. I can do everything from the app and never need to login to online banking or phone a call centre. Notifications of direct debits going out a day before that they do, is helpful. The ‘spaces’ feature which enables you to break your balance down into different funds ( Spending/ Savings etc) is great. Also there is a feature which allows you to round up any spending so that your pennies go into your savings, if you want. You don’t need a card reader or any of the pain in the neck, antiquated features that a lot of other banks insist on. I’ve used a few online accounts in the past and this one is the best. The app is user friendly and makes your banking easier without the hassle you get with other companies’ online accounts. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
