All-round Excellent

Everything from the app experience to payments to customer support is top-notch. Security is the most secure I’ve seen of a UK bank (and all the better for it). Payments process much quicker than anticipated, with the likes of refunds coming through the next day rather than 7 days. Customer service is always on hand to answer any queries in a swift fashion. Cannot fault Starling one bit. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
