BLOCKED ACCOUNT WITHOUT REASON. M8063926

I ve been Monese customer x 3 years but i rarely used, i decided transfer mysejf from another non monese account in Europe some money, i liquidated some funds so. I msfe 3 consecutive transfers. They were credited, i never thought transferring money - my money to Monese would be seen as an alert, next morning i checked and saw my account blocked and in my email a message saying i d receive a message within 10 workings days, they said if they needed anything they d contact me, i contacted them replying to the email and cc ing support @ monese.com, they answered the same. I dont accept this, i have w decent amount in my account, i have not done anything wrong, they do not reply, the deadline is due, they are not serious, actually it seems fair thinking they are scamming us. I read someine contacted closures. @ monese.com, they dont reply. What sort of comany are they? Avoid Monese, it s crap, non existent customer service, who knows what rules they set but sure thats benefitial onlynto them. Monese ID:M8063926 Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
