I would go back to any of my past providers

Metro Bank treats me as an individual and not as a number. I never feel like they're reading from a script when I call them. The banking app is spot on. Managing my money has never been so easy. If I had a problem with any of my previous banks, I dreaded talking with them because I would end up stressed and angry. With Metro Bank, I know I will be heard and dealt with as an individual and treated fairly. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021
