I got my first bank account at another bank when I was a child and I considered banks to be tedious and hard to understand. When I turned 18 I opened my own current account at MetroBank and they were so calm, happy, helpful and, responsible that I have never awkward or embarassed to ask questions. My younger siblings all got an account at Metrobank without anyone having to encourage them because whenever they would happen to visit with me they would feel the friendliness for themselves.
