Simply fantastic customer service

In a world where most banks, who already had short opening hours during weekdays only, are closing branches, and others are online only some with no contact number (!) MetroBank is a breath of fresh air... it's simple to bank, and the service and ability to go into branch outside of a Monday-Friday 9-5 and talk to someone and get your requirements sorted there and then is fantastic.
