Quick and easy responses, they are always here to help and always answer the phone no matter the time. They give out such positive vibes over the phone!

I really enjoy banking with metro bank for the sake of the service for customer service being very quick and helpful. Generally they are an amazing simple bank and I have been with them for 4 years and they was 4 successful years. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2021
