I made a claim for a leak and they have done everything possible not to payout using exclusion clauses which don’t make sense. I would never use them. Even if you withdraw your claim they put your premium up. They are using a useless surveying and validating company. They never get back to you. Their customer services are useless. I have wasted my money for the last two years. Complete fraudsters. Please stay clear of their policy Reviewed on: 3rd April 2021
