Metro Bank is incapable of providing even a mediocre service

99% of the staff have no idea what they are doing. The staff give 'advice' and 'information' which is completely wrong. They refuse to let customers speak with a manager. Most managers are clueless as well. They expect customers to risk their lives to go to a branch because Metro cannot deal with simple issues over the phone. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2021
