Review of the Metro Bank, Current account:

All-round best bank so far...

Both in branch and over the phone they are helpful, quick and (mostly) jargon free. Open more days than other banks and the app is easy to use. I've never felt so connected to my money, and with people who genuinely seem to care (another bank I used I actually had someone sigh down the phone while I was asking for help). Only knocked a star off because I haven't had any Monopoly style "bank errors in my favour". Reviewed on: 3rd April 2021
