Security assured

Having had issues with unsatisfactory service in the past,as a pensioner who has been very hesitant about using online banking, we now feel assured of 100% safety with Nat West online banking. Also, up to now have found chat lines to be unsatisfactory but 'Cara' was easy to speak to and solved the problem in no time. Reviewed on: 4th April 2021
