Friendly and accessible

I like the bank's extended opening hours, which mean I can get in after work when I need to. Branches are conveniently located. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Replacement cards are printed in the branch, so you can get one immediately, something that my old bank took weeks to send. Internet banking is also easy to use. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021
