Metro Bank is what a bank should be

I have been with Metro banks for a few years now. One of the attractions was actually having a branch where you can see people and actually get help from the banking staff. The branches are also available outside traditional "banking" hours which is always helpful. I also use the internet banking but know that I can go in branch as well which is nice. With so many other banks closing local branches its nice to actually have a branch I visit and discuss whatever I need to. I have always found the staff helpful, and even things like water bowls and treats for the dogs!, who else does that. Yes, Its a up to date digital bank, but I think it gives people what they want, as opposed to the "its all online now, because that's the way things are now". Its good!. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021
