One happy banker

so relaxed for a bank if you visit your branch the staff always happy polite and dog friendly is fantastic, it's kid friendly with lollies available and instore card printing services great takin much stress of having a lost card you can cancel or freeze it instantly from the app plus get a replacement , really keeps anxiety down , phone lines open longer than most banks . And the telephone staff polite,friendly ,,,,,,,, This is the third Bank I have been with in my life .I am glad I moved to metro and have no plans of moving .. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
