Better than branch banks

Was previously with a branch bank, but due to my age I was unable to have a contactless card, but then starling was recommended to me by my brother and when I registered with them, it was extremely quick and simple. Now I have a contactless card and I’m able to easily see my balance and recent spending with minimal time or effort. Whereas with my previous bank, it was much more time consuming and difficult.
