A can do, modern approach

Metro Bank staff are positive and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Nothing is too much trouble in my Newbury branch, Berkshire; even searching, with a smile, high and low for apparently lost favourite baby toys. Only to be found at the bottom of the pram. Metro Bank put the customer at the heart of all they do. Unlike the traditional high street banks who, in most cases, still appear to think their customers are honoured to have been allowed to bank with them, Metro Bank's approach is uncomplicated, realistic and flexible.
