Life changing support!

I can’t say enough good things about StepChange. I had got myself into a very scary place financially due to health issues and I felt completely trapped and couldn’t see a way out. Step Change from the very beginning were so empathetic and reassuring and have taken away so much stress that I didn’t even realise I was living with. Being able to pay one single payment a month instead of 9+ AND interest has been lifesaving! Every single representative that I have spoken with has been warm and knowledgeable and I always recommend their services to friends and family who are also struggling financially. Debt can be such a taboo thing to talk about but accepting I needed help and contacting Step Change has been the best thing I’ve ever done. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Easy to use app

I was really impressed by Zopa’s interest rates. I’ve since found the app really useful as it updates you on your ‘borrowing power’ which is worked out in a similar way to your credit score and informs you of your eligibility for future loans. I’ve found this useful for identifying which areas of my finances could do with improving! Highly recommend Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
