Okay but they make mistakes albeit they do correct them

Okay but they make mistakes albeit they do correct them. i.e. Advertised a one year rate on the website of 1.2% but gave only 1%, but after complaining they accepted their website was the issue (I gave a screen shot) and granted the 1.2%. So as I say okay but messy.. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
