My First Bank

I've been with Metrobank for around 10 years now and i've never had any issues with them. The branch is a stones throw away from where I live so it's always a short trip if i'm ever in need of anything and they always deal with my requests so quickly. I had a fraud incidence once on my card and their 24 hour helpline sorted it out immediately before any money was taken and I've never had a single issue with my account. They also have adorable treats in their store which never fail to put a smile on my face. Very glad to be banking with them. Very professional and friendly bank that's for the people.
