A flexible and accessible approach to high interest savings

As an existing Zopa customer who has had a loan with the company for several years it was an easy choice to take advantage of the savings accounts offered by Zopa. The app makes moving money in and out of the account really simple. Moving money between pots of differing interest rates is a great feature. You can select a higher rate for a fixed period of time or opt for a lower rate with greater accessibility. It makes it super easy to silo your money where you will need it and make your savings work for you. The app is reliable, simple and secure. Swift, simple and easy process with a usable app.

I took out a ZOPA loan to consolidate other finance and pay off the PCP on a vehicle. The online application process was quick and easy and the costumer service over the phone was professional and quick. I would recommend Zopa for their financial services. Ongoing user experience has been positive with a very usable app that allows you to check and track payments and the status of your loan. A really easy process end to end.

I was looking to consolidate some existing borrowing and didn’t really know where I would get the best value and service. My first port of call was my own bank. I found the process was overly convoluted and the rates were not competitive at all. I found Zopa by carrying out a goodly search. After reading reviews of the company I decided to make an application. The process was simple, quick and easy. The funds were quickly made available to me. Throughout the presages process and since taking out the loan communication has been great. The mobile app makes keeping track of the loan really straight forward. A very easy process with clear communication.

I was looking to take out a personal loan to pay off a vehicle PCP which was being repaid at an unfavourable APR. Having never taken out a personal loan I was somewhat unsure about the best providers. However, I soon found that ZOPA were far more competitive than even my own bank who I had been with for some 25 years! The application process was quick and easy. The online support was slick and I was able to talk to an adviser on the phone when I had some questions following completion of the application. Having held the loan for 18 months now I have found the app and online web portal extremely useful in keeping a track of payments and options for extending the loan, amending payment dates and other administrative tasks.
