Superb frictionless service!

Zopa makes borrowing simple and quick, whilst also making sure everything is laid out in an easy to take in way. This ensured I knew exactly what I was signing up for and there were no hidden surprises or gotchas, just a fluid, easy application from start to finish. Customer care and communication is also top notch. It is always easy to get in touch with Zopa and they seem to have the level and standard of communication about what's happening with your borrowing tuned just right. Keep up the fantastic work!
