The best banking app I've ever used.

The best banking app I've ever used. Being able to move money into pots, the transaction updating usually before the shops till has, the option of virtual cards (I haven't upgraded yet) etc, I cannot recommend it enough. Very easy to use and to set up. The get paid early feature is FANTASTIC. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

Seamless app, intuitive and easy to use.

They have a brilliant app which is very easy to set up and use. They have a referral scheme which I've not managed to use as all my friends/family are already with them. Haven't had any issues with the app/service at all. There's currently a saving competition on at the moment which for once in my life has encouraged me to save, which is no mean feat. I would recommend Monzo to anyone who will listen (and those who don't, too!). Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Quick and easy

Nobody WANTS to have to get a loan, but this company made it 100% effortless. Necessary checks etc (I work in finance myself for a different group) - but as far as user experience goes it cannot be faulted. Online was quick, simple & easy. Didn’t have to spend 45 mins on the phone to an advisor from a competitor just to be ‘pending’ etc. Transparent and efficient. More lenders should be like this. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
