Chip: Excellent App, Rates & Customer Service

Very easy to setup & use. Seamless transfers from my current account into Instant Access savings account. Interest rate on said account very good. The App itself is very easy to use & navigate. When I have had to use customer service, the interactions have been swift, efficient & courteous. Plus I can go back & review what was said within the app. They look after their customers & are always on the look out for new products. Security in the app is good & communications sent by Chip are well thought through & customers don't get bombarded. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
