It is not true that you get a dedicated case manager, at least in my case, a person was named buy rarely responded to emails and every time someone else answers after so many days. Very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone. My application (which the most straightforward) remortgage application took 69 days (45 working days); Trussle says that the mortgage provider is busy .... The mortgage provider deny such accusation and supplied info to say that they contacted Trussle 4 to 5 times asking for documents with no response. I will never use Trussle again and shared my bad experience with my friends. I complained, and they offered me £50 as a compensation after an almost 2 months of "in-house investigation" for the stress and the continuous almost 2 to 3 times weekly chase. you are better off contacting the provider direct or find another reliable broker.
