Fast, friendly and fair lender.

Fast, friendly and fair lender. Fees and repayments are entirely transparent. Lender incentivises good customer behaviour; for example, repaying early or in addition to fixed monthly repayments results in a reduction in overall cost of loan. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Friendly, cost-effective and trustworthy

Updraft is the first lender that I would turn to. They offered me significantly more competitive rates than my bank, and the added bonus of repaying early. They are transparent, trustworthy and very user-friendly. I have recommended them to my friends. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

Excellent Customer Experience

Zopa's site is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Their rapid confirmation and payment of a loan are very reassuring. There is a high level of transparency in their dealings, which I particularly appreciate. Perhaps best of all, there is no penalty to make extra repayments or to repay the loan in full (in fact you are actively encouraged to do so as you are rewarded with deductions in overall interest repayments each time you do).
