Easy to navigate, full diligence done.

The app and website are really easy to navigate and help understand and breakdown my investments and accounts. The thorough questioning before setting up my two accounts ensured I got the best product for my needs and understood any pitfalls of the accounts recommended to me. The one time I had a slight hitch getting an account set up, the live chat service was quick, courteous and concise. I have received nothing but a faultless service so far.
