Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

Great Company

I can not rate Metrobank highly enough. Their personal service which is round the clock is beyond anything I've ever experienced before. Their products are transparent and clear to understand offering an excellent range to meet everyone's needs. Their customer service is just like i experienced when working abroad in the states and it really shows that this company has carried forward the ethos over here in the UK. The flexibility of being able to pay in over the counter (which doesn't have screens normally but given covid does) adds the personal touch or if you prefer to pay in/withdraw via a machine this option is also viable. Managers are visible within the branch, staff are visible upon entering with meet and greets which adds the personal touch and makes you feel welcome. I have banked with ALL of the high street banks and never before have I had such fantastic customer service or found it so easy. The times I can tell you when I've alked into other highstreet banks and NO ONE was visible, not a single human was to be seen they were hidden at the back. This isn't the way forward, people need to talk to staff sometimes to ensure that things are going as they should be or that they are heading in the right direction. My business prides itself on contact, personal touches and knowing our customers individually, banking with MetroBank continues our business ethos. Products are fantastic, we have a business online account and savings, the manager and business account managers are on hand to help when needed to answer questions or offer advice, we have regular meetings where they just touch base to see that what they're doing as a bank is working for us. In 11yrs of running this business and 22yrs of being in the business never before have i had this level of customer service.
