Friendly and efficient.

I only recently joined Dudley. I'd had a regular saver with M&S, but the product was withdrawn, along with its current account. I switched to a new provider for my current account and Dudley for the regular saver. I, therefore, didn't have a statement from my new provider (which was required to set up my Dudley account) as I'd not been with them long enough. A couple of minutes on the phone with Emma and she'd got everything sorted. It was a pleasure to speak with her. She was natural, professional and friendly; not at all over the top and gushing. Would definitely recommend Dudley for the excellent service. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
