Easy to use, All relevant questions to my issue, good pace and completed the request :)

felt efficient and personal even though it is AI tech - smart use of technology to resolve the issue with only relevant questions and clearly the system was connected to the data in my account. Unlike many other Virtual Assistant Chats, where they ask load of unnecessary info and do not always resolve without passing you to another chat or form! Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
