Customer Service Wows

Customer service wows. A last-minute dropout and our head of sales drops everything, rolls his sleeves up, and goes straight out the office to fulfill the role. At times like these, no job is below anyone at all. Well done Dean Bond. Then another wow. After washing my online banking dongle thingy and rendering it useless, I call Metro for a replacement and one will be sent to me next day delivery, fab. But I miss the post and it'll be sent to me by Friday. I need to pay everyone today, Thursday. Cue Abi Bowden who goes up and beyond to deliver my new dongle to me.
