MetroBank is there for its customers

Banking with MetroBank is so straightforward and easy. I was given lots of help when a company continued to take money for a cancelled subscription. It’s been simple and stress-free to freeze and quickly replace my bank card which I’m always managing to lose. I can get a text when my balance is getting low and I also appreciate having an ISA alongside my current account. The referral scheme is also good and easy to use! I’m very happy, after switching from NatWest five years ago, I have no interest in switching again. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
