Free coffee machine, more interest Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. We have a water dispenser at both branches which is always well received with our members, especially on a hot and sunny day (which hopefully we will see again soon!) We will, however, take on board and consider your comments with regard to a free coffee machine. I share your frustration that savings rates are so low at the moment but with the Bank of England base rate at an historic low of 0.10% there is only so much flexibility we have. If you look at all of the rates that are available on the market and compare, which we do daily, you will see that our rates are competitive, if not market leading.
