Simply The Best

Started banking here about 5 years ago and I was stunned by the courtesy and efficiency of this bank. Head and shoulders above any other I have used in the UK. They have simplified every need (except once when I needed to convert a foreign cheque and I thought it was too expensive, but hey, ONE thing to complain about in 5 years???) They give you lollypops, smiles, always great you, let you use their loos and act as if my tiny bit of business matters. They are pooch friendly - and they don't charge you to change your...change. This level of service has been consistent in every branch. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
