I have only been with Metro for two years and I find them extremely attentive to their customers needs. I have banked with many U.K. banks before and find Metro to have been more up to date with the way they do things. They have always dealt with any issues I have had with card disputes etc in a very swift manner. I will always recommend this bank due to the way they fully understand their customer.
