Business banking- supporting small businesses with ease & a welcomedsmile

In 2017 I decided to take a leap of faith and set up my limited company as I had just won a contract of work. Given the pace at which this had happened, I was propelled into finding a bank that would rapidly set up my account and support me on this journey. I had visited a couple of British high-street banks, was not telephoned back by one and the other said that I had to wait several weeks. I then visited Metro bank on Tottenham court road, London. In less than two hours a business manager set up my account and a savings account and provided me with all the necessary information that I needed to share with my client. There was no waiting, ifs and buts and I felt that they truly valued my business, despite me not having a track record with them. To date, my business has grown from strength to strength and Metrobank has been with me all the way. Reviewed on: 10th April 2021
